Had to remove Michael as counsel due to lack of acceptable communication and response.

Beware.. make sure he does the work before you pay him. Once paid, I guess the file gets moved to the bottom of the pile. Because he took his sweet time, I now have to pay more $$ in court costs and he still hasn’t resolved everything. I’ve been divorced 1.5 years!

I am going through a complex custody battle. Michael knows when to go in guns blazing, but only when necessary. He will fight like hell for you even if it’s an uphill battle. He is very attentive to detail, and will pick apart the details until the truth is revealed. He’s aggressive when need be, but on the other hand so, so kind. He knows the law, unlike several other attorneys that I’ve encountered, and will quickly call out and explain his objection. Not once has the judge disagreed with his argument in our case. It’s not over until it’s over with Michael. He has helped in the past, and he is not , IMO, rough around the edges. He’s very compassionate in what he does. He will hug you when needed, but also be honest with you. He’s not a pushy attorney, and will often tell you to think about it before hiring him. I love this about him! Rhonda and Tamara are also a great help! I’ll continue to use Michael, and if you’re in the midst of an impending custody/divorce issue; I suggest that you do too!

I was going through a very stressful and emotional custody situation when I went in to meet with Michael. He and Rhonda immediately made me feel at ease and like they truly wanted to help me. They laid it all out for me, no sugar coating. Michael is confident and knows exactly how to handle difficult people and situations. I knew he and Rhonda were going to do what was in my (and my family's) best interest. Thanks to them I have peace of mind and best of all- my daughter. Michael Jarrett is the best there is in family law! Hopefully, I am never in the same situation again, but if I am- I will go back to him.

Michael Jarrett is a genius! He handled a legal custody case for us, walked us through every step, answered all our questions & was quick & thorough with getting all the court proceedings done in a timely manner. Michael Jarrett is by far the best attorney in Texas. He has an incredibly comforting demeanor, while working with me on some difficult family law issues. His excellence and his winning court practices have given me complete security and confidence when going into court. He tells it like it is, but with so much knowledge and he speaks in layman's terms where I understand and feel very secure. Really appreciate the representation by Michael Jarrett in court this morning. Result was exactly what was needed but he was able to negotiate with other party to attain the result. Thanks Michael.

I wish every lawyer was Michael. He is worth every cent. He is assertive, intelligent, level-headed, and all around perfect at his job. I recommend him to everyone. He handled my case diligently, told me my strengths and weaknesses, and still serves me when I have issues. He is the best lawyer I could imagine. Furthermore, his paralegal, Kim, is invaluable. She exhibits the same character and ethics as Michael.

I had a bully of an ex-husband who was physically abusive and is a sociopath. This lawyer knew how to stand up to a bully when needed, but does not go in guns blazing when it is not necessary. He will fight for your rights and make you feel confident. The price was comparable to other good attorneys. It was expensive, but billing seemed honest; I had no complaints. I'm devastated I didn't get to use him when I took my ex back for modification, as I had moved out of the area. (I paid double and got whole lot less with the second attorney in the new town.) If you want the best, and you want things done right, call Mr. Jarrett.
