I can't express how amazing this law firm is !!! If your looking for someone for custody/ divorce matters david is definitely the guy for that !! Very professional and gets the job done. Great with keeping in contact and keeping you up to date on the case. I felt he made this stressful matter less stressful for me. I highly recommend using this law firm.

This man is a Legend. If you want an experienced professional whom will fight on your behalf to ensure victory, this is him, he is that guy. I went from not having any access to my child to having primary access. This man gave me hope. I've heard horror stories of people getting subpar representation and suffering because of it. Do not make their mistake, hire an absolute game-changer who is worth every penny. Prior to hiring David Chilek I got a introduction meeting with another lawyer in Tyler and she said I would have to pay 9k upfront and that my case was "not a winner" offering me no guarantees that I would even be able to get non primary. David Chilek is a complete 180 from her and ensured victory and changed both my child's life and mine for the better. David chilek is reasonably priced and well worth it for the results he delivered.

I hired David Chilek to represent me in what turned out to be a nasty, and expensive, seven-month divorce. I was worried I would lose everything I had worked twenty-five years for to retire. David guided me through the initial trial, deposition, mediation, and arbitration. Mr Muralidhar filed to be removed as council when I needed him the most. That's why I feel so negative about my review.there is no success.

I was in need of a family law attorney and found David. Not only did he go above and beyond in my case, but I was always kept in the loop. I can’t say how much of a blessing David and his assistant, Molly, were during my case. They were extremely detail oriented, quick to respond and more than anything kind and compassionate during a difficult situation. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Chilek Law!!!

I want to thank the Mr. Muralidhar for handling husband’s case. We called several attorneys in the area, and not one had any knowledge on the process to seal juvenile records. He explained everything to us in terms we could easily understand and followed through to the end of what he said he was going to do.
