Tab is the best in the business, whenever you need him he’s a phone call away!

Tab Lawhorn returned our call the same day we contacted his office. I had contacted many lawyers and was still waiting on return calls days later. He returned our calls if we had questions, he never passed us off to voicemail or his assistant. Everyone in his office is polite and very knowledgeable. Tab Lawhorn is the only lawyer that returned our phone call on the same day we called. After talking to him for an hour, we hired him to represent us. Hit and run in March. Finished chiropractor in June. Didn't send out medical to insurance for a settlement until mid Sept. Go to check in today, and now they're still waiting on my dad's records so we're still waiting for a settlement. Anytime you call or email to check on status, its always the same thing - waiting on this recordor that record. If/when this thing ever settles, I won't recommend. Might even consider hiring someone else to hold them responsible for dragging things out and horrible service.
