Ty czapla is not much of a lawyer!! He represented me on a child support case, in which he did NOT NOW THE LAW i receive SSI, am disabled. FIRST he tried to say that CHILD SUPPORT can be taken from my ssi.Which by law they can't! I am behind quite a bit so they say i still have to pay arrears! $160 month.still could do jail time. (anyone who's on ssi know that money goes before you get it) ....I plea that i don't have the funds to pay$160 a month ... he tells me to get a job!! An make my payment ...OR BORROW IT. I AM DISABLED.....AN HAVE BEEN FOR SOME TIME...THATS WHY I AM SO FAR BEHIND....it was a long battle to get my ssi.it seemed to me that he had no fight in him!!..ROLLED OVER LIKE A DOG!!just did the minimum....seemed real unsure of the law.....telling disabled person to get a job to pay the arrears..or to borrow $160 dollars a month....IF YOR READING THIS TY CZAPLA.....I NEED TO BORROW $160 A MONTH FROM YOU FOR AWILE!!!!!! I COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB MY DAMN SELF.
