Ty was my court appointed attorney and I have to admit, I expected very little from a “court appointed” attorney... but Ty was amazing! He met with me in person early on, maintained contact throughout the whole process, answered my litany of questions, and really made me feel as at ease as one could feel in that type of situation. The best part was, you could tell he has a good professional rapport established with the States Attorney, which only comes from experience and mutual respect. He secured a plea deal for me that dropped a DWI (which would of cost me my career as a Nurse) to reckless driving... and when I couldn’t come up with entire amount needed (court costs, fines, attorney fees) to satisfy the terms in my plea deal, HE WAIVED HIS $400 ATTORNEY FEE! He changed my opinion about “court appointed” attorney’s. If you are looking for representation, you will not find a better lawyer and if you are assigned him as you public defender, you hit the jackpot!! Thank you, Ty!!

He did everything he could to get me out of jail and he was successful doing so. I was set for a hearing weeks away, and would have had to spend Christmas in jail, but he arranged a hearing in a few days time and convinced the judge to release me.
