So far so good

Mr. Lively has been my attorney for over a year now. He stepped in and took on my case when I let the previous attorney go for misleading me. He did not receive one dime from me upfront (due to the case already being filed - but his down payment fees are very reasonable). He still treated my case with expertise and professionalism. Since day one, Mr. Lively has been articulate and forthright in his direction and advice. I had an opportunity to witness Mr. Lively during hearings for a day. All I can say is WOW! He clearly stood out from the other attorneys presenting that day. I was proud he was representing me. He was knowledgeable and effective with the various cases handled that day. If you need help during this overwhelming, troublesome time of filing bankruptcy, Mr. Lively and his staff will work hard to provide you with the best outcome possible. More importantly, they are quick to answer your questions or concerns. Many times, I received emails from Mr. Lively late in the evening. He works hard to provide great support to his clients. In addition, staff member, Mindy Martin (I do not know her title, but she handles the paperwork). She is thorough in gathering all of your pertinent information. She was kind and professional, as well. You CANNOT go wrong through your financial misfortune if you have Mr. Lively and his team on your side.
