I can write a paragraph on the quality and professionalism Mrs.Dornburg has to offer. I am 23 years old and quickly realized that one mistake was about to effect my entire military career. My wife reached out to Terri and she was responsive and patient in handling our busy lifestyles. She reminded us of the importance to stay ahead of the situation and not to be disgruntled; to remain positive. They emailed my closing documents in an unsecured email to EVERYONE that had anything to do with us buying this house. The documents included highly personal and protected info and now it’s just out there for the world! Im fuming from the unprofessional way this was handled, not to mention this wasn't the first time during this purchase that it was asked of me to send personal info over unsecured channels. So for how much we work daily to keep our identities in tact, this firm has shattered in moments.
