I hired Mr. Ferguson to resolve issues in my situation. My case had seemed to stall out. After I hired Charles he obtained a hearing date for me and we went to court and finished my case. He gave me a time line during our first meeting and the case pretty much went as he said.

He was responsive at first, but shortly after the deposit was received I could never get a hold of him. I was at a disadvantage with him and decided to use another lawyer instead. I'm still waiting for my refund...

Charles may be a resonable way to get an agreed order to settle, but he does not prepare well for court. He did not provide financial discovery documents to opposing counsel and as a result my recent income was not included in the determination of my chilod support. What happened is my child support got based on imputed income at 40 hrs per week 52 weeks per year even though i work PRN and had a good job that paid average wage. Bottom line, he doesn't perpare, he is nice but dont go with him to court.

Charles was very patient and kind. He listened to my situation and was able to guide me to a solution that was timely and cost effective. The staff there was very friendly and knowledgeable, too! I would, and do, recommend Charles and his team to help anyone with their legal issues!

Mr. Ferguson was extremely knowledgeable and handled my case with extreme professionalism. My ex made many changes in regards to custody requests. Mr. Ferguson always looked out for my best interest and advised me accordingly. If you're looking for a lawyer that is dedicated to getting you the best outcome in your case, in my opinion, Mr. Ferguson is the best choice.

Divorce is hard. Finding someone to trust with major life decisions during a divorce is harder. Mr. Ferguson listened to my goals, quickly acted on them and was able to protect the things I hold dear. He understood the natural fears and anxieties anyone has during a divorce and worked diligently to alleviate them. In the end, I'm left with the very best outcome of a bad situation. That's exactly what a person needs from a divorce attorney.

The best move I ever made was hiring Mr. Ferguson to represent me in my divorce case. He is always well prepared and so good; in fact, I rarely needed to say anything! Will continue to recommend him to others in need.
