Communication is key, and I feel that Mr. Hatley firmly believes that as well. While representing me in a criminal defense case, I never had to worry about "our" next course of action in the courts. From the start, Mr. Hatley was honest and upfront with his opinions and legal advice when responding to my numerous questions. He would tell me the worst case scenario, and the best case scenario, then realistically which end of the spectrum I should be leaning closer to regarding my case. When it was all said and done, Mr. Hatley was able to get me deferred adjudication and bare minimum repercussions. I was/am very pleased with the outcome of my case!
