Erin helped me with a Corporate and personal bankruptcy. It was very emotional for me, but with her help I was able to get through the process. Everything was done as told. The process went pretty smoothly. The only issue I have is I would have like to have had more face to face with the lawyer rather then having a paralegal as the middle man. But other then that Erin B. Shank helped us allot in are case and we are very thankful to have had her as are lawyer.

I hired Erin B.SHANK to help me with a chapter 13 bankruptcy. Erin and her staff were courteous and respectful, I was feeling a great deal of shame over my situation and Erin helped me to realize sometimes bad things happen to goodo people. Even after the case was discharged someone filed a frivolous law suite that could have cost me tens of thousands of dollars plus attorney fees. Erin Shank helped my dad and I work through the intricacies of his very complicated bankruptcy. There were a lot of moving parts and at times I felt overwhelm. When I left her office, I felt relief because we had a plan for getting back to the light.

I can't recommend Mrs. Shank enough if you live in Central Texas and are in need of consultation regarding filing Bankruptcy. I was very resistant to file and it took me months to decide to go through with it. During that time, both she and her office staff answered questions for me, provided me with accurate information and Erin was willing to do what it took to help me file Chapter 7, putting her extensive experience to work and filling out additional information to ensure I would qualify. I spoke to other law firms but it wasn't until I found Mrs. Shank's office that I felt confident I comfortable to work with them on such a sensitive and stressful event. As if that weren't enough, I was under a wage garnishment when I filed and they worked hard to expedite processing my case to stop the garnishment in time for Christmas. All in all, they treated me how they would have wanted to be treated, they went the extra mile, were great to work with, and above all provided sound advice with results- I am relived of this heavy burden and am so glad I decided to trust her and her team.
