Mrs. Shank and her staff were amazing. They took our bad Ch 13 from Florida and put us into a Ch 7 and we are so relieved.

Mrs. Shank and her staff took a very stressful, exhausting situation and helped give my husband and I a new beginning! With 5 kids, 4 in college and one still at home, we were at our wits end with an unfortunate financial situation. Mrs. Shank filed chapter 7 on our behalf and with her superior knowledge we were relieved! We wouldn't recommend any other attorney than Mrs. Shank and her exceptional staff. They were always friendly, helpful and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ms. Shank has not only thoroughly researched and submitted major debt of over $600k to the court but has already relieved me of $38,000 in IRS debt. It's gone!! After being told from a different firm that I needed to file a chapter 13 bankruptcy I had decided I probably needed to sell my home and property. After being unsucessful at selling I decided to check with Ms. Shank to see if maybe she could help me. She and her firm not only did a chapter 7 for me she also was able to do a home modification on my mortgage enabling me to keep my home! Could not be more pleased!
