Adam helped me through a nightmare of a case with custody. It was a fight and an emotional roller coaster to put it lightly. But in the end he came through, and as a Father fighting for his son in Texas I was always overlooked, or our concerns were dismissed and not taken seriously in the past. Previous attempts from other attorneys showed little regard and put little to no effort in fighting my case. They typically just rolled over took my money, and ran, (Kerri Donica) out of Corsicana. That was not the case here, I had finally been taken seriously for we had many safety concerns for our child’s well being and he stepped up to bat and made things happen. Yes it is stressful and time consuming emotionally stressful ordeal. However, if you’re needing real help I highly recommend Adam Bender for family law. Thank you again Adam for your hard work we appreciate you Sir.

These guys are terrible. Medicare at best. Will not fight for you at all and just roll over to the opposing counsel.

Adam Bender was my attorney and the man is great. He listened to everything I said and made a point to make things happen that we wanted to happen. I know it's kinda vague but trust me work with him and you will understand. He bent over backwards to win our case and was always a phone call away and if he was working another case he would reply with an explanation to why he was delayed then devote his full attention to my matters. The staff they employ are first class as well. In a time when nothing seems to he going right they still made sure it was a great overall experience and I have recommended him to a family and friends already and will continue. If I ever have to go through this mess again Davis & Associates is who I'll call to be in my corner.

Took care of my divorce in a timely manner. I was very happy with the flat rate, compared to other divorce lawyers I talked to. However, after the divorce was finalized, I was told that he would be happy to look at any contacts regarding the sale of my house. I reached out twice, and never heard back.

If you care about your case at all, don't use this firm. Especially Adam. He is impossible to get a hold of. He showed up late for the trial so we were unable to prepare adequately. During the trial, he missed countless opportunities to ask questions and further the cause of the case. Failed to update me on developments in the case, and was generally ready to secede for fear of the opposing attorney. This is by far the worst choice to make for representation and you would likely fare better anywhere else or on your own even.
