Hired them for custody arrangements, I didn’t hear from the lawyer for 2 months! I didn’t receive any apologies, just excuses. But they sure were asking for the payment! Ended up firing him, and going to court alone.

BEWARE! My mother hired them to process her divorce. It's been over a month without communication. They don't return her calls or emails. But the $600/month fee debits from her account with no issue. She is on limited income, handicap, on social security. These guys have proven for months to be unprofessional theft experts. BEWARE!!!! Pathetic and embarrassing. Don't do business with them.

I hired this law firm to handle a very complicated divorce. There were no children involved, however there were assets that made it a little tricky. I had called several attorneys and consulted with them and did not talk to anyone who had the confidence I was looking for. Davis & Associates gave me reassurance on the very first phone call that it was something they could take on. Adam Bender represented me in this case and the process was nothing short of seamless. He was very informative and kept me updated every single step of the way. Divorce is never easy, but hiring a good attorney matters. I worked with Drake Allison & Adam Bender to get my divorce taken care of. They were very professional and responded to me in a timely manner. This law firm is great worked with me every step of the way and let me break my payments down till the balance was paid in full and all the while still working on my divorce. This place is a joke . My daughter hired these lawyers and can never get one on the phone to tell her what’s going on with her case but yet they’re still charging $600 a month. She’s been leaving messages and no one is returning her calls. It’s been months now and nobody is reaching out. My next step is to file a complaint!

This is by far the best law firm in Texas and they helped me get my son back while battling in a custody matter while he was getting abused and neglected by his mother and her boyfriend. Adam Bender is very intelligent and a A+ is an understatement on how great his leadership and work ethic is amongst his clients.He really cares about your family and the best outcome for them . I recommend anyone to go to him if you need a lawyer ASAP or someone in the law firm as well. I guarantee that they will have you happy by the end of the case. They know exactly what needs to be done at task and will make it very convenient for you as an individual.
