Highly skilled and efficient staff of attorneys. I personally worked with Jennings and David in my divorce case; I was very pleased with the results and did not accrue excessive court costs in my custody battle, and we were able to settle outside of court. They’re straight shooters and work very hard to ensure you’re treated fairly in any case. I highly recommend and I would definitely use them in the future—although, I hope that won’t be necessary. Lol. Worth every penny.

I was represented by David Fanning. A relatively simple divorce turned into a long nightmare thanks to some extenuating circumstances. Mr Fanning, Kennedy Jennings, and Laura Hebert were all very patient with me, kept up with the case, and made sure to communicate with me every step of the way. My family has used David Fanning and the firm on several occasions. The thing that always amazes me is the consistent professional experience that goes until the case is actually finished. I hear and have experienced first hand the nightmare of a firm that starts a case and for really no given reason just bills, bills, bills and cannot finish the job. They leave the case and youre in a worse position than when you started, that is when David, Jason Milam, Jennings Kennady and Laura simply pick up the pieces, set the hearings, do the work and finish the case. It is bad enough to deal with serious family matters, its worse with the wrong professional.
