My Divorce and Custody Battle were very difficult for me but David and all of his staff were amazing throughout the whole thing! I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to help me through it. Everyone was professional and kept me informed of any changes at all times.

I would recommend Milam & Fanning to everyone. Jason is so knowledgeable and informing. He made sure to put everything in terms so I was able to understand and made sure I was getting the best help possible. Not to mention the other office staff is so genuinely nice. They are so helpful and make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. I would use Milam & Fanning again in a heartbeat.

Not a better law firm in town. My family have used the firm with great success. Recently I met with David Fanning on an estate matter. When looking for an attorney it is important to be able to trust who is representing you. David always has his clients best interest in mind. As always the staff was helpful and pleasant. Ashley and Laura work quickly and most importantly do not act like you’re a bother.

Highly recommend David and his staff. My case was especially complex and during my consultation, David and Laura went over their plan of action and answered my questions in a way that made sense to me. Jennings was great at communicating with me and keeping me updated on my case and answering my questions whenever they came up. I had gone to 3 other previous attorneys and none of them could assure me my case would be handled 100% with the outcome I needed. David and his team went above and beyond for my case and I am forever grateful. I will definitely be using them again for future matters.

David and his assistant Jennings worked super hard on my case.
