Everything went well Mr.Kyle gave me some wisdom and helped me get out of the mess I was in I was very satisfied with the service he provided.

I reached out to Kyle about a traffic citation, in which he normally doesn't handle, but was willing to discuss my situation with me! If it would've been worth his time and mine, I definitely would have chosen Kyle to handle my case! He is extremely knowledgeable, understanding, kind spirited, and patient! A MUST READ: As someone whos NEVER been in trouble a day in my life, getting a 2nd degree Felony Assault Charge was shocking and quite honest absurd right out the gate. I felt set up from jump, and having found out that my original court appointed attorney had a personal relationship with "alleged victim"(something he kept hidden for 9mths) made everything worse. Understandably by that point i trusted no one or nothing that had to do with the courts or this case at this point. So by the time i was switched over to attorney Kyle King I was timid, anxious and very high strung. My anxiety always got the best of me, and the conversation always ended with me upset and in tears, but I remember the first time speaking with Kyle. I was very on edge, upset, and frustrated at the entire situation. As i explained my position and everthing that happened that night.  In a very calm and understanding demeanor Kyle reassured me that everything would be fine and that he would be there with me every step of the way, leaving me with a sigh of relief. I finally felt like i had someone in my corner who would go above and beyond fighting for me. Upon reviewing the case Mr. King saw that it wasnt exactly the "alleged victims" narrative that resulted in these charges, but he let me know that as much as I wanted a dismissal it a was a great chance that it wouldnt be. Of course the courts were adamant that they wouldnt dissmiss it, but that never stopped him from trying. During this time my ptsd and anxiety was at a all time high, and simply bringing the case up caused panic attacks and crying spells. Regardless Kyle understood why, never making me feel bad. Finally after months Kyle called me with the great news that he got it dropped down from a 2nd degree felony assault charge to a misdemenor assault charge, & i was offered PTIP(Pre Trial Intervention Program). Months past and he kept me updated every step of the way. I was accepted into the program with agreed upon drug test, community service, along with an anger management course. Finally after months of waiting i went to submit first urine test, when to my surprise I was held(what felt like hostage)in their office, refusing to let me leave & go to my car to grab my wallet(all over $20). I called Kyle immediately, but he couldn't answer due to being in court. So i texted to let him know what was happening and he literally STOPPED what he was doing, walked over to where i was, (knowing i was more than likely having a panic attack) & came tore them a new one, & let them know that under no circumstance would they EVER treat his client as so. He further explained that I was under no court order to be there, & how its illegal to hold me there against their will. A few hours later Kyle called to check on me to make sure i was good. Words can not express how grateful i am for Mr. King, He is the most professional, understanding, no bs attorney that you didnt know you needed. If you get into any kind of trouble, Regardless of what any other attorney might say RUNNN DONT WALK TO KYLE KING!!!!
