Walter Reaves has a suspended suspension from 2009 for not handling the affairs of two appellate clients. I used Mr. Walter Reaves to help me get an order of non-disclosure for a Class B Misdemeanor. I believe mostly in part to the courts at that time, I was able to get my order rather quickly and I did not have to drive to Waco for an appearance in court (This is one of the biggest benefits to doing this through an attorney).
My biggest complaint about this whole thing is that I paid so much money to have this order of non-disclosure issued that I was not once able to speak with Mr. Reaves on the phone. I had to communicate with him via email. He also failed to respond to my emails in a timely fashion and I had to constantly pester him and his secretary for a response.
He got the job done, but he's just like any typical lawyer: unavailable and unresponsive when you have questions.
