I was very Brain Felix's service. My case took about a year to close. And I was initially upset with the lack of communication and lack of updates but when my case was passed over to Brian to close. He never stopped communicating with me even when I basically annoyed him every other day. I really appreciate his constant communication and the way he communicated with me so I understand the process and the breakdown of my bills. I am pretty sure I annoyed him with my excessive questions but I am happy with the service he provided me. He turned a terrible situation into a good one. I appreciate him. Thanks Brian!
