She is Very helpful. I had questions regard a court date on my citation but the attorney (at a different practice) handling my case was on vacation. She patiently listened to my concerns, made a couple calls, and called me back with the answers the SAME DAY. What A RELIEF! Thank you So Much for giving me some relief regarding this whole stressful mess.

The first time I met Miss Parker, I was impressed with her confident presence. She was quite personable and down-to-earth. She listened intently and patiently to what I had to say with no interruption. Miss Parker was always informative, extremely knowledgeable and competent in handling all my questions and demands. Before meeting Miss Parker, my hope with due process had disappeared. I felt as if no one cared and as if there was no one to help me. I needed an Attorney who would put my legal needs first and someone who was approachable and reachable. I had already fired two previous Defense Lawyers for incompetence but Miss Parker quickly restored my faith in the Legal system. After our first consultation, I realized immediately that she really loves her job and really cares about her clients. She's upfront, honest and only wants the best outcome for her clients. I hired her before I left. That 1 hour drive to Waco was the best decision and trip that I ever made. It was life changing. LITERALLY!!! She always returned my phone calls, Texts and emails in a timely manner. Sometimes almost immediately depending on her busy schedule. She dealt with the Prosecutor with confidence and the most upmost personal courage I’ve ever seen. She was NOT intimidated like my two previous Lawyers were. With her, there were no political games. This toughness enabled her to accomplish what my two previous attorneys could not. Lets just say that I’m happy with the results and final disposition of my case. She was able to get to the real and FACTUAL truth and not what the prosecutor wanted the truth to be. Should I ever need an Attorney ever again, Miss Parker will be the first call I make. So I recommend her to anybody who needs legal assistance and a dedicated attorney who will always do the right thing, the right way for the right reason. He threw me under the bus. He did NOT REPRESENT ME He would EVEN LOOK AT THE evidence I had that I could not have done what I was accused of, to this day I loathe him. He called me at work on a Fri wanted to know if I cared if he could talk to the HR office, who then called my boss. Who asked me if I wanted to be on the call, yes I did. He wanted me to plea a bogus aggravated assault to simple assault. I said no I would be fired. I told him it falls under "moral turpitude", and my HR lady confirmed it. He called me as soon as I was back at my work station to tell me we wouldn't be going to court on Monday because the Russells had moved. That was a lie. Only person assaulted that was me by the cop the Amber Russell and her husband lied through their teeth. I have evidence proving I could not have done what they claimed! Now I can't get State car insurance because I have that dissmed charge on my record. All you have to do is read the cops typed report to know it's all bogus, BTW they hit me from behind, didn't even consider it a fender bender but my insurance dropped me! I weighed 88 lbs, I had been sick for months. Couldn't eat and I was at one of the lowest times in my life. Amber weighed twice my weight, she was the aggressor I wasn't, I certainly didn't take a swing at her. But if you read the report, the highlighted words are the only thing in the report that was anywhere close to the truth. And the biggest lie they told, I could not have possibly done. Guys, you can't do donuts in a front wheel drive car. And certainly NOT AROUND ANOTHER VEHICLE ON TOP OF A 4 LANE OVERPASS!
