Dunnam & Dunnam has been my go-to for legal aid for more than 20 years. Vance Dunnam Jr. (& Irma) have helped me with several business sales and purchases over the years. They have set up several new companies for me, always providing the necessary reports and forms that I need to stay current. They have also created my family will and updated it several times keeping everything on file and ready to discuss or modify. When you call, they speak with you or return your call promptly. When providing legal advice, Vance clearly explains different options or even the worst case scenario to give you full transparency as to what to expect. Vance Dunnam Jr. and Irma work side by side giving you their full attention in whatever your need is. Hard to beat this duo team for business, legal and personal needs. RUDE. They were kinda helpful but when asking for help or a better understanding with a deed and ownership of land for my mother. Mr. Dunnam stated that, he's about to go into vacation (next week) in April and doesn't have time to do that and told me to speak with a attorney instead. I understand that everyone needs a break, but the thought of someone telling you that they are about to go on vaction which is (next week) on every single email and recommend you to go somewhere else is very unprofessional in my opinion. I recommd Dunnam & Dunnam to find a more professional way of telling clients that they can't help because of a vacation. FOR EXAMPLE Dunnam & Dunnam: You all can say "At the moment we are busy and will get in contact with you as some as possible OR you can even set up a time." I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND, RUDE, it takes forever to get in contact with them and the only information you'll really going to know is when they are going to have a vacation!

Jim and his experienced staff helped resolve a suit in a timely manner which ended as a dropped suit by plaintiff. I highly recommend Dunnam & Dunnam!

Brittany Cleere-Martinez was the best lawyer I have EVER worked with. Not only was she able to get me custody of my son, she was completely responsive the entire case. Our case lasted just over a year (mostly due to COVID and the courts shutting down, no fault of Brittany). But when it came time to get the ball rolling, Brittany knew every in and out of my case. Every text I had sent or received. Every email and every story. She is more than worth the price if you are considering a lawyer. She takes your case to heart. She fights for you as if she’s fighting for a brother or sister. When she needed a little guidance, it was nothing for her to bounce her thoughts off another partner at the firm. And they would collaborate to come up with the best strategy for the current problem. They are a true team! I cannot recommend a Brittany and Dunham and Dunham enough.
