Laura Brown and Dale Williams are very genuine people. When I first met them, I felt relieved because I knew these are good and honest people who want to help. Laura came and visited me in the hospital and I could tell she cared about me like I was family. I was very pleased with how Laura and Dale represented me throughout the mediation.
