The office personnel were professional but compassionate of my situation. The took the time to hear me out. They were always available, throughout the day. If i left a message to call back, the call was always responded to, in a timely manner. They kept me posted as to the progress of my case.
I have used Vick Feszell's office in the past and would use them again. I will highly recommend using them to anyone

My wife and I were in a very serious accident with a commercial vehicle. We both had injuries that required surgery and much time was missed at work. After 2 1/2 years of negotiating will the insurance company we reached a settlement that we felt was fair. Vic and his team did a great job of having all the facts together when it came time to argue the case.

Vic Feazell's law office was a wonderful advocate during my stressful time during my injury suit. They made sure that I was taken care of first and foremost as well as ensuring that all of my questions and concerns were answered. When someone didn't have an answer for me, they used their internal resources and had someone get with me ASAP and answer said question.

The law office of Vic Feazell handled my injury case and I’m Very happy with the results. Even tho we are going through the covid mess they were able to handle everything via email, txts and phone calls. I only had to go to the office to pick up the check.

I recommend this law firm to anyone that needs any type of legal assistance. They did an excellent job helping me with my case, even tho it was done during covid and everything being closed they resolved it quick. All the paperwork was handled via emails, they were always available If I had a question. Very satisfied with their services.
