The customer service from the first interaction was A+. We completed a very comprehensive questionnaire and had multiple discussions with Gloria, she was very patient and helpful. Then we had a teleconference with John Hale, he was very helpful, asked good questions, and explained the difference between our CA Trust and Will. Provided great direction and answers to our questions. A week later, we were meeting in their office to have everything signed with Cathie. She was extremely helpful, explained all the documents before signing, and overall a great interaction. I would highly recommend The Hale Law Firm for your legal needs.
