Hardesty referred me to my lawyer that could help me more than they thought they could.

We are lucky to have such a wonderful group of people available to us in our community. Mr. Tim Hardesty has been very helpful and we have truly enjoyed going through this entire process of legal papers with him. His staff are all very friendly and helpful as well.. We never leave their office without feeling "heard", "job accomplished" and a smile on our faces.. I would recommend this law office to anyone who needs any kind of legal advice or legal work done. Lindsay Harrison literally saved me from losing my job by helping clear my traffic tickets and get my license renewed! I was hired at a new job finally after being unemployed for a year and only had my expired license to show my employer and prove my identity and authorization to work(which they would not accept) I had a week until I started my job and needed a valid ID for my first day. Ms. Harrison was able to clear my tickets and warrants (off of my record) and move mountains to get the state to lift the restrictions keeping me from renewing my license. If it had not been for her I would have lost my job. Thank you so much for going above and beyond I would recommend her and Hardesty law offices to anyone!

I came into a bit of trouble and called up Lindsay Harrison with Hardesty Law Office. I have got to say that she was the most professional and knowledgeable person I have dealt with. She always answered all my questions and made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way. She made my stressful situation not as stressful and kept reassuring me that she was working on it and would do everything possible for the best outcome. My dad hired hardesty for a family case and Kathryn was not helpful at all very disorganized know wonder she has worked in so many different places so I fired her and they keep giving me the run-around . I keep asking for my documents and my money back. All they want is the money. I have got all my documents and have not any mail from you and I have right to my opinion

Communicating with them isn’t easy. I spoke with a woman a couple of weeks ago and it didn’t even sound like she attempted to understand what I was asking. You have to constantly email for updates. They helped with my case, hence the 2 stars, but I wouldn’t use them again. EDIT: When my case was completed is irrelevant to my experience with this company; Google asked me to leave a review of my experience. The response to my Google review is inaccurate because I called on 1/28/21 and because the receptionists couldn’t give advice, she asked if I’d like to be transferred to someone who could so they transferred me to another woman (can’t recall her name). My phone consultation with her was pointless as I did not get anything out of talking to her; she didn’t try to understand what I was saying and kept repeating the same thing that had nothing to do with what I asked. So as previously noted, I would not use them again.

Rwan & Tim are professionals I could trust in assisting & educating me on scenarios that could play out along with recommendations. They operated in an efficient & timely manner always returning my phone calls & emails. Their friendly office staff was just icing on the cake always at the other end of the phone to answer my call :). I highly recommend Hardesty Law office.
