Recently we had to go to mediation on our roof when dealing with our insurance company. We worked with Patrick McGinnis as our attorney for representation and Marcela for communication before the mediation. Both were excellent in communication and made us feel more comfortable when dealing with situation which we were not used to. Patrick worked diligently to assist us with an outcome which we were happy with and was reassuring during the process. The end outcome was positive and I am happy to share a positive review.

Our insurance company twice denied a hail damage claim that was clearly owed. After months of effort on our part with no promising results, we reached out to Chad T Wilson Law Firm for help. I had very little hope of a positive outcome in dealing with an insurance company who had twice denied my hail damage claim. My attorney (and her awesome paralegal) helped the insurance company see things differently. i cannot wait until Google maps updates their satellite imagery so i can see my NEW ROOF from space!

Pat McGinnis did an outstanding job handling a case for one of my clients with the assistance of Greg Thompson.
