He was assigned to my case roughly four years ago. My children were obviously in a horrible situation. There was evidence of extreme neglect and he was very responsive to my case while he was getting paid. He met with my kids and did some research. He told me his opinions on my case and even though the kids were in a tough spot, he stopped fighting for them when the immediate money ran out. I had been financially wiped out by another firm and was looking for help. He was assigned to my case and I was to pick up 75% of the bill. I paid my 75% off but could not fund the huge amounts he was asking for at the time. Greg Enos asked for another large sum of money of which I could not produce. He stopped fighting for the case and got out as fast as he possible. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and didn't expect him to work for free. I paid all my debt to him and needed him to fight longer for the kids. I was assigned a second Amicus Attorney in my next round a few years later. I had a completely different experience in that this one was focused on doing what is right for the kids first, payment second. That is my only issue with Greg Enos. I believe if he would have stayed with it for the kids, they would not have gone through the disastrous years that ultimately allowed me to get my kids a few years down "the road". If you have the money up front, I believe he will represent you well, but in my experience it had more to do with the money that it did for the kids. I am reflecting on my case and experiences with two Amicus Attorneys. I am writing this year's later as I rate both. There was obviously a huge difference in the two. I believe if you are representing kids and there are huge "issues", then their best interests should be looked at first. The financial can be recouped later.

We hired Mr. Enos to assist us in getting custody of our granddaughter. He filed the paperwork 2 hours before our mediation. He had 2 weeks to file them. Then he advised us to sign a mediation agreement that he knew would cause us to lose our granddaughter. He didn’t look after our best interest.

Greg does a great job giving clients reasonable expectations, in unfailingly honest, and is incredibly knowledgeable, not only of the law but also the idiosyncrasies of the Galveston County Courts. His primary concern throughout my case was the well-being of the kids. The office and support staff are highly skilled, organized, and efficient. As with any attorney, a good amount of communication goes through their paralegal; Allison is fantastic.

Greg is the reason I have full custody. He built me up and made me confident in myself and my situation. He saw the good in me from the beginning and believed in my story. It was all I could ask for from him as my lawyer. I am a very stubborn and vivacious person, and I definitely made him nervous going into court, but he trained me so well I made it through with ease. As my ex-husband, his friends, and his family tore my character to pieces on the stand, Greg would lean over and assure me of the great mother I am, and told me that he knew he was fighting for the RIGHT side. He was my counselor, my friend, and my Jedi Master during this trial. I was in awe of how he was also able to cleanse the minds of the jury, after they were tainted from the opposing counsel. Greg was so strong in his opening and closing arguments and his statements came across to the jury as genuine, and passionate about my little boy. He stood up for my baby and easily revealed what the jury needed, to make a unanimous and incredibly just decision for my little man. I owe him my son's life, because he is the man that took his future into consideration, and helped me to obtain a new life for him. Hire him! He is the best decision you can make in an incredibly difficult time.

Before I hired Greg to take on my complicated child custody/divorce case, I had used another lawyer who let me down. I was recommended to him from a family member that had previously used a different lawyer in his firm. He was an amazing lawyer, always guiding me through the next step in the process and actually cared about me and my children. My child had cancer at the time that I hired him, and he was very supportive and helped me quickly gain custody of my two kids and worked on my drawn out case with me for a long time. He was very supportive and uplifting and never sugar coated anything. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone going through rough patches with divorce and custody. He really changed my view on lawyers, he was never in it for the money and really cared about myself and my kids.

I paid $2600 upfront for a modification of child support payments. Six months went by and my wife's attorney filed suit for more money. Just days before the hearing Mr. Enos filed a motion to release me as his client when I needed him most. The hearing was a direct result of his complete inaction. He did apologize and returned $185 of my retainer. The issues are now ongoing with a different attorney but still worsened by his inactions. He should be ashamed of himself and his blog "The Mongoose" should be more aptly named for a different sort of rodent.

Dealing with Family Court is never easy, but The Enos Law Firm can give you the best possible experience, in my opinion. We spent YEARS fighting battles and getting caught up in the nasty red tape of the system. Greg Enos had the disposition and credibility in the courtroom to help us get a much quicker trial. He has accomplished in months what previous lawyers could not accomplish in 3 years. He took a complete mess of a case, and made our position very clear to the judge. We finally feel like we have been properly represented, and we won our case! We are a LGBT couple, and Greg was respectful, kind, and dutiful in his fight for us, unlike anything else we have experienced in Houston - even other "LGBT" firms. If you are worried that another attorney will not fight for your family - then Greg is your guy! Greg and his team never made us feel like anything other than parents who wanted the best for their kids. We highly recommend Greg Enos and his firm!

Greg is a man that truly cares and listens to what you have to say. He will tell you like it is and not sugarcoat it, he will also fight for what is right. After fighting a difficult grandparent access case for 3 years I hired Greg as the father to help protect my child. He brings more to the courtroom than a warm body and brings a level of professionalism and holds everything to a higher standard. He responded to phone calls and emails after hours and on weekends. He is fair and knows the law!

Words alone cannot express how thankful I am to Greg, Toni & staff for how they helped me through the most devastating time in my life. Not only did they always show such professionalism; they were there for me on a personal, emotional level. I would not wish this heartbreaking experience on my worst enemy, but I would highly recommend Greg Enos to anyone going through a divorce or child custody dispute.

Greg is the best family lawyer I have seen. I used several lawyer to resolve issues I had with my child custody and never was able to get anything resolved till I hired Greg. It didn't take but a few minutes with him to realize I have made the right choice. His staff makes you feel welcome from the time you walk in the door until your case is settled. Greg is not only concerned about the legal aspect of the case but your emotional experience. I have always felt that my opinion and feelings were a priority for him. He keeps me informed of everything that is going on and clearly explains each and every step that will take place. I would not consider using anyone else but Greg. He's the Beat!

Greg and his staff were very supportive of my needs and concerns during my divorce. He understood my situation with the kids and prepared my case accordingly. He was a good listener and always answered my questions and provided great advice without sugarcoating. He was by my side through mediation and arbitration, and represented me well with our judge when required. I could contact him, his assistant, or his partner any time via telephone, text, or e-mail, and always got quick responses, even at night and on weekends. His charges for legal services were fair and reasonable. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of my case, and I have the utmost respect and admiration for him, as do his peers. I highly recommend Greg and will definitely use his firm in the future.

Greg is very good in litigation and knows how to navigate through the legal system and is well respected in Galveston. My Ex had really lost touch with reality and was making outlandish clams. Greg was very fast to identify this behavior and properly react to it. Greg was creative and founds was to strengthen my position by giving me assignments and homework.
