Fathers with troubles regarding custody and child support, this is a great advocate for you in the courtroom. I had my child for a year and a half with no contact from the mother, who was collecting payments the entire time. Rob handled this beautifully and professionally, and even closed up things diligently at the end. Total win, and excellent care put into my case. I'd suggest this not just for fathers with custody issues, but for *anyone* that needs staunch, professional, and thoughtful support in the courtroom.

Not worth your time or money

If you love your family, make a Will! It is the biggest single act you can do to show them your cared from beyond. Having your affairs in order also will give you a great peace of mind. The folks at Musemeche Law, make it very easy to do in a relaxing peaceful atmosphere (at a time you may be stressing over the decisions) all while at a very affordable price. Probably cheaper than you think. I know it was for us. While searching for an attorney cost was a major fear factor for us. As we searched and made inquiries I found it difficult to get a straight answer to a simple question. How much does it cost to make a will? Attorney Rob Musemeche not only took the time to respond personally he was very straightforward. He did not start out with "Well it depends (besides I already knew that) or come see me and we can discuss". No Mr. Musemeche, gave me a simple quote and outlined what I would get which included wills, POA's and Living Wills for the wife and I. Obviously if we chose or needed a more complex will there would have been additional cost but the point is He didn't try to hide cost and was very upfront with us and that endeared us to him and his staff who were also nothing but extremely courteous and helpful every step of the way!

Mr. Musemeche has been the calm in the worst storm ive ever been in. I had to fight in court to see my son and he has been stood by me and fought for me every step of the way. He has not always told me everything i want to hear but he knows the family law very well and how the system works. He saved me 27,000 in back child support. He has always told me my options and let me decide but also advised me wisely to the pluses and minuses to all my options.
