Mi caso tiene 2 años y no lo an resuelto, y aparte me bloquearon de facebook cuando puse en el perfil que mi caso no a sido resuelto. Tambien ironicamente cada vez que llamo a la oficina las personas que segun tienen mi caso te dicen lo mismo " sra. Garcia hoy exactamente se cumple el plaso que le dimos al seguro para que contestara". Nunca se toman la amabilidad de llamarte para desirte como va tu caso. Lo ultimo es que vi que en el perfil de facebook quieren nomas buenos reviews.
