After almost 2 years of waiting for results, I get a call from a receptionist. She tells me that the lady that hit me doesn't have any money to pay anything for my damages. Receptionist gives me 2 options, drop the case or file lawsuit. Of course I want to file lawsuit I still have medical bills pending. Fast forward 2 weeks later same receptionist calls me telling me Mr Reyna doesn't want to file lawsuit because they know the lady doesn't have money to pay. I tell the lady why did she give me the option to file lawsuit if she already knew they weren't going to move forward with it. In an instant she flips the switch on me and gives me a rude response and tells me to not talk to her that way. She then tells me to find another lawyer that is willing to take the case. And just like that they forced me to drop the case with them. I do not recommend this lawyer. They go around the bush and don't want to help when there is no profit for them.

Ambulance chasers. Have ties to ambulance drivers who pass info to Reyna. They took advantage of me a couple of years ago. Billed me $5099.00 of therapy I did not receive. Never again. Go with someone else. I regret not reporting his office to the state.

Hands worst experience with a lawyer. Scheduled a deposition 6 months away, they had reschedule day of for failing to have someone available. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg, horrible communication, and need far more hand holding then should be expected. Response to the owner: no I will not contact y’all. I made this clear to your staff how displeased I was MULTIPLE times to both the attorney and paralegal. Nothing changed.
