Ashley Titone was our lawyer who helped my wife make our wills, durable powers of attorney, and medical powers of attorney. We got a fast and free consultation that led me to then hire them to execute the work. I highly recommend them and plan on using them again this fall for some additional edits after the birth of our second child (I hope). The birth of our son prompted the need, and our wills were over 12 years old from when I was active duty - things have changed since then. Ashley worked with my wife and I over several revisions because I had some unique asks like assigning a dog guardian and how we wanted our assets in case I died, she died, we both died, or the entire family died (scary as it is to think about I'd rather have my will spell it out than a well-intentioned court do it). Solid.

I would give 0 stars if I could. If you want anything legal, DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. Kitt Marshall was hired to do a probate with my sisters death. He was extremely slow until the money, $3500 was used up. Then the last 2 documents that he needed signed was sent back the next day and never heard from him again. Also I was not told the truth, he stated he got a court date that was canceled. But then he stated that he needed 2 more documents signed before he could get a court date. Sent in the 2 documents! That was November 16, 2023. December 23rd, I had to hire another probate lawyer and fire him before I got an email stating he had sent the file over. This is not the first incident I have seen from this firm as you look down. If you want anything done, call a different law firm, unless you want to have the same problems as the rest of the reviews will state.

I regret to say that my experience with Silberman Law Firm was nothing short of appalling. I faced an unsettling lack of professionalism and responsiveness, as my case was negligently put off for two full weeks without any progress or updates. This inaction was not only frustrating but also detrimental to my situation. Moreover, the issue of the retainer fee was handled poorly. Despite their lack of service, they refused to refund my full retainer, which I find utterly unacceptable and unprofessional. It's disheartening to encounter such disregard for client satisfaction and ethical business practices.
