Mr. Ben Carrasco is an excellent attorney. Ben helped me with my case. He is the best family law attorney. From my first meeting, Ben explained me everything so I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions. I found him very straight and honest. From the beginning of the case, he kept the communication very open and informed me of every move. He educated me with all the options and risks involved. Due to pandemic, my case took over a year, however he always kept me in the loop. He is very professional and his statements, arguments in the court were very effective and straight. Every meeting with Ben was very productive. Very honest and I would strongly recommend Ben to anyone. Ben was phenomenal through the process and exceeded my expectations.

If you’re contemplating divorce, or thinking about getting a divorce without legal representation, do yourself a favor and call Ben before you get started. Not only is Ben knowledgeable, but his knowledge of Family law is exactly what you need when going through this kind of life change. Hiring Jill Williams was, quite literally, the best decision of my entire adult life. I was originally working with a different attorney. Sadly, it became clear to me that he was more interested in getting my divorce over quickly, and getting a good Google review, than advocating for me. Called to discuss my needs, was told an attorney would call me back, but they never did. In my experience this is a big issue in dealing with law firms - customer service and communication is often pretty bad. Doesn't really matter how good their lawyers are, if they can't return a call.

After interviewing multiple lawyers about my case, I decided on Ben because he seemed honest. Despite his education at Stanford Law and numerous years of experience, he didn't waste his time trying to sell me. He answered my questions and responded to me matter of factly. Where other lawyers were making big promises but not providing specifics, he proved his years of experience by laying out direct answers that gave me a clear picture of the upper and lower bounds of how my case could go - and which factors were going to influence it the most. My case took ~8 months. It ended in the Fall of 2021 with a successful outcome. I thought I wanted 50/50 for my child initially, but over time I chose expanded standard possession as the best option for her given the circumstances. I got that result and then some. Even my ex said that he presented a strong case. I highly recommend Ben. Ben and I also still keep in touch to this day. He doesn't nickel and dime you and treat you like yesterday's lunch once you're his client. He is not the kind of guy you'd expect to become friends with in the beginning - he is all business and lawyer-like when you first hire him. But he softens up over time. Overall I'd give him 10/10

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review in my life but for Ben it’s just a no-brainer. This was one of the toughest experiences of my life but Ben is tougher. This is the guy you want on your team, hands down. Thank you, Ben!

Mr Steve Costello from this firm handled our residential construction contract. Mr Costello reviewed our contract and submitted recommendations to us for negotiation points. This allowed us to negotiate a fair contract with the builder. Everything worked out perfectly. I highly recommend anyone that is having a home built in the Austin area to at least take advantage of the free consultation and speak with this firm first.
