It’s rare to find a family attorney with the work ethic, dedication, and integrity that Ben brings to the table. I was looking for an attorney who would fight for the best interest of my children, even to final trial, and over the course of the past 7 months, he has worked tirelessly through depositions and multiple hearing dates. Ben comes well prepared to court and is able to back up his arguments with solid case law knowledge. He is an absolute badass in the courtroom. I have had several family attorneys in the past who were more interested in billing hours than fighting for the best interest of my children. Ben truly cares about creating the best outcome. we asked Barbara to help us avoid a litigious entanglement with a misogynist employer she really did not want to get involved but we told her that just one letter from her to the employer telling the employer that his manager was misbehaving would result in an apology and the misbehaving like stop. we told Barbara that they would look up her resume and learn to to the right thing. she wrote the letter we received an abject apology and no word since thank you, Barbara!!

I was really surprised with my experience due to the high marks given to Mr. Carrasco. I never got a response after the automatic email pertaining to setting up an appointment. I inquired about the earliest available appointment. After no response I contacted the office & was then told they wouldn’t take my case. I asked if I could have an explanation on why or any guidance on what to do next; but I was just turned away.

Ben Carrasco is an excellent attorney! I needed an attorney that was straight to point to help me get through my contested divorce. I stumbled across Ben after my previous attorney wasn't helping me at all and I wasted A LOT of money. I knew I needed an attorney that was tough. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and will guide you through the process. He is straight forward, very direct, and doesn't beat around the bush. He is personable, yet at the same time will not hesitate to tell you exactly what he thinks, even if you are in the wrong. With a personality like mine, I needed that. He is demanding and aggressive. You need that in a divorce. He will NOT allow the opposing counsel to walk all over you. All I can say is my divorce was complicated and involved several properties, posessions and much more. I think the opposing counsel was a bit worried when they noticed I switched to Ben. Furthermore, there was a lot of drama and he wouldn't put up with it and put a stop to it...stat. He has a great reputation. Knows exactly what to do, and has helped guide me through the processs in a positive direction. To date, I am at the tail end of this divorce and glad I chose Ben. He is a 10 out of a 10 and I wouldn't look anywhere else. If you are searching for a confident direct attorney that will get you through the stressful process of divorce, then choose Ben!

Ben Carrasco is an excellent Laywer. He knows the law and cares for his client. I was in a very stagnant position in my custody battle and I decided to make a change in counsel. After a quick onboard with Ben, I was very thankful that Ben was able to objectively look at the whole situation, cut through nonsensical things, and advise decisive actions that changed the course of the case.
