The only negative I can say about using Lovins | Trosclair is that I wish I would have engaged them sooner than I did. That is on my end. I was not familiar with all that is involved in negotiating with 3rd party insurance companies for settlement and thought I could do it on my own. WRONG! However, I did get them involved and found them professional, informative about all issues as they came along and honest and ethical. Those are the key things you should look for in choosing legal representation should you find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing it. They also communicated with me very well which helped ease any anxieties I might have had. Great job guys!

All I can say about Michael Lovins is that he was right on about my case. He was up front on my case being that it would be a tough one and that he would take it on and fight for me. Well it take a little time but he won the case for me and got me the money I would need to have surgery that someone caused to me. Great guy and Attorney. I would recommend Michael to anyone anytime.
