After being discharged from a two week stay in the hospital due to a bar car accident, the last thing I wanted to do was deal with anything else related to the wreck. Remembering a co-worker’s recommendation from earlier in the week, David Nix of the Nix Law Firm was my first phone call after getting settled back in. Nine months after the wreck, I can say with full confidence that David Nix and his team went above and beyond to see that my case was handled correctly. The Nix Law Firm had someone at my residence within hours of my initial phone call to hear me out and answer any questions I had at the time. Everything was explained thoroughly and transparently enough that, even doped on painkillers, I didn’t have any doubts. Going forward, I was kept up to date on how my case was progressing and there was even regular concern as to how I was recovering physically. Calls were returned within a timely manner when Nix was otherwise unavailable and I never had to wait long for an office visit. But above everything else and without a doubt, David Nix worked to put funds into my pocket rather than line his own or that of the dozens of money grubbing companies. I’m very pleased with not only the result, but with the Nix Law Firm from start to finish. I wouldn’t even be mad if I ended up in another wreck, since I know the Nix Law Firm will take care of things.
