I will be honest in that I lucked out with Mr. Nimz. I had never had need for a lawyer before, and had no idea what I should even be looking for to represent me. But he popped up in my searching, and I picked up the phone and gave him a call at the last minute. Not only did he take the case, but he made me feel worlds better about it. My main issue was that had no real experience with any of this kind of stuff, and Mr. Nimz made me feel much more at ease about the legal process after our first meeting. He spoke to me like I had a brain between my ears, and though I'm sure he had heard it a hundred times before, he really seemed to listen to me when I described my particular situation. In 30 minutes he took me from completely hopeless about my case to cautiously optimistic. I don't think I realized before that moment how much I needed to feel confident that someone could lead me through this whole mess, but Mr. Nimz gave me exactly that, and I'm thankful. Throughout the case, I always felt comfortable calling his office with questions. I was always made aware of new developments, and if I had questions and for some reason he wasn't available, I learned he seemed to have rubbed off on his staff; they seemed just as on the ball as he was. My rookie estimation was that I had on my hands a good lawyer; he certainly made me feel good about the case, at any rate. But I wondered how things would pan out? Could he deliver a good result? I had friends who had gone through the same trouble I was, and though some of them had gotten "good" deals, I can say unequivocally that in the end they all wished they had had Mr. Nimz in their corner. My deal blew theirs away entirely. Mr. Nimz made me feel taken care of, and then managed to get me maximum justice to boot. Wichita Falls is lucky to have him. Were I ever to need legal services again, I would hire him again at triple the rate and count myself lucky.
