The staff is very friendly and personal and helped me feel comfortable and confident during an intensely stressful time in my life. I normally don’t take time out of my day to write a review, but this has been heavy on my chest for months. This firm has given me the worst professional experience. My attorney Avery (Would not recommend) always seemed to have more important things to do. It was obvious that Ms. Avery never communicated to her assistant (Vis Versa) because they would email me the same things, or questions, information etc. that I have already answered or confirmed (Which by the way each email they sent cost me money.) She never took the time to explain anything, always in a rush. I payed them for months to just go back and forth over my legal case with no results, before I was fed up and terminated service with the firm. I ended up representing myself and was left with a favorable outcome I was happy with. Do not waste your money or time with these people.
