They failed on the front line. Never returned my call.

I was in an automobile accident on the Freeway. The seat belt bruised my chest. The automobile insurance company told me that they had a computer program that would determine how much medical care I would need. I felt that I needed help to be compensated for the medical care I needed. Steve Day and his staff took over the bills I received so I didn't have to worry. I was rear ended a little over a year ago and needed a lawyer. Right from the start Steve Day and his coworkers have been amazing and are always quick to answer and questions I have had. It has been a long process, because of doctor visits and whatnot, but the Advocates have made it so much more simple for me, instead of me figuring it all out on my own. I would choose the Advocates again in a heartbeat.

In a nutshell: professional, polite staff who get results. Excellent customer service, and very easy to work with. They will help you through whatever messy, stressful event that has led you to seek an attorney. I fully recommend their services. I was involved in an accident which totaled my car and caused me to have damaged muscle tissue in my neck and knee. The accident was the other driver's fault, and their insurance company was an absolute nightmare to deal with (Anyone that ever has to work with AIG has my sympathies.) I called Damien, an attorney with The Advocates, gave a brief description of my situation, and he informed me that he thought they could help me out. I went in to their office, filled out a few papers and gave a description of what happened for the record. I was in and out in a relatively short amount of time. Damian referred me to an absolutely awesome chiropractor who fixed me up in a couple short months. After this, they essentially took the ball and ran with it. I didn't have to do anything. They would call me regularly with any updates or further questions for me, and they were always very polite and professional when I'd call to check in. They took care of dealing with all the medical bills, and even a collections agency. When a collections agency called in regard to a medical bill, I referred the collections agent to The Advocates, and I never heard from the collector again. Every member of The Advocates I was ever in contact with - attorneys and assistants alike - were always polite, professional, and easy to work with. I personally feel that they achieved much better results than I would have been able to on my own, with minimal stress on me, and at a fair price. I would happily employ their services again, although I honestly hope that I never need to. I fully recommend their services. Damien Kidd is probably the only lawyer that I would ever hire again. He is professional and courteous and returned my calls pretty quickly when I was unable to contact him. He is a very fair and friendly guy. The Advocates get a perfect rating from me.

I was in an accident a few years ago. I wasn't getting better and I was having Issues getting approved for medical treatment that I needed. I called and was set up with medical care within days. Utah Advocates took care of everything form there and I was able to recover from my injuries without the stress of trying to figure out how It was all going to be paid for. My case did take time but Damian kept me informed and was persistent to get my case taken care of. Damian was also awesome at sending me texts to keep me informed due to the fact that text is the best form of communication for me. I would defiantly recommend the Utah Advocates to my friends and family in the unfortunate event of an accident.

I was in a car accident EIGHT months ago. I was not at fault and thought it would be a simple ordeal with my insurance. I was wrong. After about a month of me trying to figure out all the insurance lingo from my car insurance and my health insurance, and dealing with a claim adjustor who seemed to hate his job, I realized that I was in over my head. I would have not made it this far without help. I contacted the Advocates and was introduced to my lawyer, Damian Kidd. I could tell this was someone who knew what he was doing and he was able to help me see the light at the end of my tunnel. It has been one of the best decisions I have EVER made. He assisted me in ways I didn't know I needed assisting. Also, he has a wonderful team that helps support him. If I have a random question (billing, insurance, etc...) I simply email the team and get a response within a day. I highly recommend the Advocates in American Fork to anyone who has the misfortune of being in an accident! I had no idea before I walked in the office & start talking Damian, my attorney to discuss an unresolved auto accident case (not my fault of own) dragged almost to a year.
