I found him to be personable and compassionate and felt that he would do whatever he could to help me recover some of expenses I incurred as a result of the debris that hit me and my car. It is obvious that individuals, who have been injured through no fault of their own, have little chance of being treated fairly by large corporations, and I appreciate the efforts that John put forth in my behalf.

I worked with John Tillotson when my insurance refused to cover me after my accident. (I was hit by a car while riding my 250cc scooter to work) The process was very simple for those of us not educated in the legal mumbo-jumbo. I presented my case to John and he was very confident that I had a good case. After we took care of the needed paper work they took it from there. They did everything. They made doctors appointments in accordance with my very busy schedule and they contacted the hospital about my medical bills so I didn't have to worry them while the whole thing was under litigation.
