I have absolutely loved my experience with The Advocates at the American Fork location. I was regularly updated with the progression of my claim for my car accident. They were able to maximized the amount that we got for my settlement from the insurance company. The Advocates were very friendly to work with and quick to respond.

John was great, easy to work with, and took care of everything!

Damien Kidd has been a life saver. He's efficient, honest, timely, compassionate, hardworking, trustworthy, and in my opinion, the most important part, honest. That being said, his assistants are also godsends. These people aren't ambulance chasers, nor are they in it for themselves, when the settlement wouldn't cover all of the fees, he adjusted them so that I wouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket. You'd have to be a fool not to work with these guys!

Speedy turnaround time, professional, and great customer service. Triple whammy! I was able to work with them from my location when available and they did the rest of the work quickly and efficiently.

When I was involved in a car accident, it never crossed my mind to hire an attorney. I thought I could just go to the chiropractor a few times and I'd be good to go. John and his team worked directly with the insurance company and medical providers to make sure everything was paid and was even able to get a little more out of the settlement to help cover my lost time and miscellaneous expenses related to the accident. My impression of an injury attorney used to be "ambulance chaser." Now, at least with regards to John Tillotson and the Advocates, I understand they play the role of mediator, negotiator, and "advocate." Thank you John!

John Tillotson is great to work with! He almost always answers his phone when you call and when he doesn’t he is quick to get back with you. Not only does he address any concerns you have he is very proactive on your case. I would recommend John to anyone, he works hard for you and to make sure your medical bills are paid. I was worried about getting a lawyer for my case because of the stigma but now I wouldn’t do it any other way after working with John and seeing what he is all about. (Not an ambulance chaser.)
