Matt has been an amazing advocate for our family in our time of need. He is genuine, sensitive, honest, and extremely decent. He put in place a Power of Attorney and other desperately-needed legal paper work when my step father unexpectedly fell ill. He did everything to make sure that my step father's wishes were carried out, and that my mother was protected. Without his help, my family would have been completely at sea. After the unfortunate passing of my step father, Matt has helped my mom with establishing a trust so that she doesn't have to worry about the future. He is kind, knowledgeable, and honest. He is able to explain complicated legal concepts in a way anyone can understand. If your going through any legal trouble I highly recommend Matt Munson. My brother was facing multiple felonies with one being a 2nd degree, we honestly thought he was in for a long run but we put our worries into Matt’s hands and he was able to make magic happen, gave us a better outcome than we expected. Mr. Munson represented me in a traffic violation case. Although it was minor compared to other matters that come across an attorney's desk, he took a lot of personal interest in me and my case. As a result of him going the extra mile for me, the case was dismissed in our appeal to District Court. He kept me informed every step of the way, and stuck with it even/especially in the face of an overzealous prosecuting attorney. My understanding is that defense attorneys often just accept what they are offered by the prosecutor. Not Mr. Munson! He recognized the merits of my case and worked hard for justice.
