Matt is the best attorney I have ever worked with. I have used him for probate and family issues regarding my 15 year old daughter. If I had not used him I would be paying out the ying yang to my ex-wife. He keeps me updated and informed of events happening in my cases. Matt feels more like a friend than my attorney, which is really cool.

I know Matt on a personal and professional level and you will not find a better guy. When I worked at a different agency in town, Matt was appointed to represent several people that I was also working with. I always knew that they were in good hands and I could trust that he was going to be honest with them and fight for their rights. He is not an attorney who will just tell you what you want to hear so he can get paid. He is up front and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the law and will walk you through the whole process. If you need an attorney he is your guy!

Met Matthew at his 30 minute free consultation with my daughter. I arrived 15 minutes late, Matthew arrived 5 minutes after I did. He was disheveled, unorganized and his focus was elsewhere. As my daughter spoke it appeared he was ignoring her and texted... Approximately 5 minutes later a brunette woman tapped on the glass behind us and Matthew quickly exited the conference room, grabbed her by the arm and walked out the back door. With 5 minutes remaining we decided to look for an attorney elsewhere and left. While walking out the front doors a rather large gangly man asked if we were ok and when we answered "If your looking for an attorney look elsewhere." he said "Well give me a chance." and gave us his card."' Great law firm. The staff was helpful and very professional. We were able to set an appointment and get in right away for setting up a family trust. I have had the pleasure of being represented by Matt Munson. I got a DUI and it was not my first so I was very scared of the consequences ahead of me. Unfortunately while in Utah I ended up needing a lawyer and Matt made things extremely easy and stress free for me. We have worked with Munson and law for over 2 years. Matt laid out a plan that took us about two years to implement. Our situation was a little complicated. Not once did they make us feel like we needed to hurry up or pressure us to finish the case.
