Matt Munson of Munson Law Firm provided exceptional legal services to a family member who was initially charged with two counts of Sexual Abuse of a Child based on age. Munson was a very thorough and thoughtful defense attorney who helped to amend the charges to one count of Forcible Sexual Abuse, which is much less serious. The judge had indicated that with the initial charges, it is much more likely that the defendant would be sentenced to the Utah State prison for a term of one to 15 years.
