Trey was easy to work with. He listened to my needs, asked thoughtful followup questions and delivered exactly what I needed. He is always available for questions and is easy going, professional and a delight to work with. Highly recommend.

I was accused of and fined for stuff I didn't do, by a corrupt cop that has since lost his license. I was scared that if the cop could do what he wanted then I was screwed and felt like the only chance I had in court was getting legal representation to fight for me. Jeff not only didn't fight for me, but after taking my money he went to the prosecutor and agreed to a plea in abeyance. I could have done that myself, but I was falsely accused and wanted my name cleared, and he sold me out! Then after it was over I found out the corrupt cop had deleted the video footage from his body cam etc. because it was not in his favor, which would have all but ended the case against me. This could have been an easy case to win, if Jeff had had any interest in doing what he was hired to do!

Very rude and doesn't provide pro Bono like Google states. This firm should not misrepresent itself.

Jim was our second lawyer on our custody-mediation case and hit the ball out of the park big-time.. Our first lawyer was always delaying and charging us for nonsense; on top of it all our other lawyer was afraid of court! Jim is not afraid of anything, he not only knew what all judges involved would like say he was confident and forceful in his representation... We are so thankful for an old school work ethic and the years of experience he brought to winning our case... Highly recommend

He missed some of my court reviews which extended my case because “It has been resolved”. The DA offered me the same restitution. He did not benefit me at all. Would not recommend.

I never believe in reviews because for me it was a waste of time. But at this point I have no way to express myself how bad that law firm was. The company I worked for put me on with slack law firm. They charged me and come back and tell me if I don’t want those Tickets affected my license I have to pay more. I did, and after 2 months I got a letter from the court saying my license will be suspended if I don’t pay for those tickets. When I contact them they lied about it saying the court forgot to put me in the system. I called the court myself the court said. They never file a motion for my case. So they quickly send a email finally. After a while he come back and tell me. They lower the price on the ticket for me. And I said don’t you think if I want this ticket on my record I could have paying them myself. Long story short I end up losing The case after 8 months and lose my job after because I’m a cdl carier.Please use this law firm at your own risk.

This was our second lawyer we hired thinking things would be different and we would actually get help. We gave him $4500, not only was he confused about facts of my case, he hit me up for another $2000 the day before our actual first court hearing. Since he didn't get it, he took himself off my case....Not only that, he didn't submit much to the judge before hand....Awful!!!!

The park firm is the most reliable attorney office in southern utah. Jim will come night or day. Jim and Tryson Park will do whatever it takes to represent you In any legal battle. These guys are the best. Hands down!!!!!

This firm was able to help me out with my case! Was very informed about all the possibilities I could of taken! Help me get my cased dismissed which is what I needed! Very pleased with the process.

Poor communication! He does not communicate and ignores evey text, email, and VM. I got in contact with him Feb. '22, and hired him Apr. '22. He was referred by my job's EAP benefit. He goes weeks, sometimes months without contact. Granted I had to change some info in my divorce petition, but still he'll never contact me back. When I was ready to serve, took forever to happen, when he got back to me he informed me my petition got shredded by mistake. Had to do it over again. Wasn't able to serve because, well I couldn't get a hold of him. That is 1 year trying to get the divorce finalized. Eventually my ex hire a lawyer himself, and the matter was resolved in 2 months. However because I did not have representation, even tho I did and asked Jeff for help and he was MIA, I got screwed over. My divorce was finalized in July, and I have been trying to get the refund for whatever is left of my retaining fee, since he barely did anything and still can't get a hold of him. I tried email, call, text, everything! His last communication was August 23rd when he asked me to confirm my address because he was putting the check in the mail. It's November and Nothing!!! Absolutely disappointed and thinking I might have to report him to the bar. This is not ethical!
