His wife is rude won’t answer questions got her husband fired! Worse customer service I’ve ever recieved! Don’t advise using them

He was such a successful help to me and my situation, he explained everything to me so that I understood fully, knewall the answers to my questions and treated me with respect Is recommend him to anyone! Thank you!

I have been been treated so harshly. This husband/wide team is not worth the time or money, it is really a waste. If you desire to have a huge lack of communication, someone doing 98% of the work that has no credentials, degrees, certificates, good customer service and moral conduct, plus will hangup on you if you ask simple questions to understand the work being done for you, please choose Slack Law Firm.

A total waste of money!! The guy did nothing at all. His secretary who is his wife was very rude and inconsiderate. Do not use this firm. Update: I got a call from the secretary (wife) asking if I wanted to continue service for the custody part of the divorce. I asked why would I want that and got hung up on. Also there was another bit of information I learned. While Slack was my lawyer his wife was on the soccer board for kids and befriended my ex and also shared information about the case with my ex. Do not trust these people with anything at all!!!

Jeff Slack was great! He always responded quickly and was able to negotiate with the court very well for me.

When I was cited with a Class A misdemeanor I was mortified. Mr Slack calmed my fears and reassured me that he would do his very best to represent me in court. He prepared well and before it even got to trial, called to let me know that he had got the charges dismissed. Mr Slack knows and completely understands the law. Thankfully things were resolved very quickly. I would definitely recommend Slack Law Firm for any legal maters you may experience. I never thought I would ever have something like this happen. But grateful for great representation.

Mr Slack was assigned as public defender for my daughter on a misdemeanor case. She was terrified! He showed patience and kindness from the get go. He reassured her that he would do all he could to represent her. He and his secretary were warm and friendly at each encounter. The case was dismissed! Thank you Mr Slack for your help and professionalism. We would highly recommend him for any legal maters you may have.

I'm surprised at the reviews, " the secretary " for me and my situation was very helpful and valuable, in fact she went out of her way many times to help me. Yes she is direct and straight forward, and won't always tell you why you want to hear. As for Jeff. He represented me in my divorce, a business related lawsuit, and I was charged with assault. All 3 cases wereally not related DIVORCE CASE; Jeff was able to get me temporary custody of my 6 yeare old daughter for the 2 years we awaited a trial date. ( and I'm the father.) Assault charge: Jeff got dismissed Lawsuit: also dismissed Yes, Jeff is relaxed and not aggressive. But he understands the law and the Judges in Cedar. and all the other attorneys show him respect. , Ken
