I've worked with KKOS on multiple occasions over the last several months to get my legal foundations established. Kevin Kennedy and his assistant Kennady have helped me to create a living trust, setup a tax and asset planning framework, form several LLCs, and open a Solo 401k. Someone at this law firm owns this rental 1707 SW 1st Ave, Cape Coral, FL 33991
My family and I were the unfortunate tenants of the property.
There is mold in the property. The leasing agency did not relocate us. We are being asked to pay two months rent and the current month’s rent. We can not afford this.
If you are okay with tenants getting taken advantage of, I wouldn’t be surprised if you are doing the same thing in your law firm.

I was referred to KKOS Lawyers by my accountant. I recently retired and was trying to figure out what to do with my 401k. I had no idea Self Directed IRA existed. I worked with to do a membership transfer agreement and instead of doing a Gift of Stock, they said the transfer is a $1 value for his stock.
I reached out to the team to let them know the concern as my accountant said this is not the way to do it and they said the only way to fix this issue is to consult with a lawyer and pay a $500 fee.
They we're nice people overall but not willing to help so I will not use their services anymore although I wanted to use them for the sale of my Saas company.
