The deliverables were completed go our expectations. We had to chase the team for a bit and timeliness on emails was a bit rough having to copy some partners on emails to get things done. That said, we were fairly happy with out experience and look to work with them again for all our legal needs.

My husband and i have had the pleasure of having Robert Winterton assigned to us for business tax strategies. We had only come to understand some things thru Mark and Matt's videos, enough to know we needed professional help. Robert was able to bring it all together for us in a way that made us feel good about the decisions we needed to make. He was very patient and helpful and spoke in terms we could grasp things better nor did he make us feel ignorant for not understanding at first. We can highly recommend Robert to anyone feeling overwhelmed with such big decisions without feeling we've left something out or undone. There was even a time when he didn't know the answer so he went and asked another professional colleague to confirm what he was thinking. We liked that we could have the team approach when necessary. I've used KKOS to help set up and maintain a couple of LLCs and the experience has been positive. I recently contacted the attorney I've worked with in the past to review some real estate documents and he responded letting me know he wouldn't be able to do it in the timeframe I needed (totally fine). I asked if there was another attorney who could do and he mentioned there was one named Katie Nentwick. I talked with Katie and sent her the real estate documents but she wasn't able to review them during the timeframe discussed which was frustrating. However, she reached out to me and apologized for the delay and offered to reduce her fee due to the postponement in getting my documents back to me. I appreciate her doing that and makes me feel valued as a client.

I've been using KKOS for nearly three years and have had an incredible experience. I first found Mark Kohler through a real estate group I'm a part of and then found his YouTube channel and books and was very impressed. When we found that we were ready to start some businesses it was a no brainer to reach out to them. Our attorney, Kevin Kennedy, is awesome! He's helped as we've structured various businesses, create certain contracts, and help us through a business that had to shut down. I have a small equine investment that is run through my self directed IRA. I had a few technical legal questions. I tried having my questions addressed with equine tax and legal specialists, but because of their unfamiliarity with self directed IRAs they were not able to answer those questions without doing further expensive legal research. I opted to have KKOS address my questions. It was an easy pleasant process with Kennady Christian getting me on the KKOS calendar. KKOS was able to understand my legal questions and their relevance to my overall IRA strategy. They provided thorough analysis and answers in a way that was easy for me to understand. Because of their knowledge base I was able to get answers quickly without being charged an arm and a leg. I appreciated that the KKOS lawyer was not at all intimidating and addressed my questions in terms that I could understand. I feel like I have my own big time legal team behind me to answer any future questions.
