E.Jay Overson is a fantastic lawyer. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he is also there for his clients 100%. I was able to go into his office with questions and he made sure that I had all the answers I needed to proceed with confidence. He is friendly and will help you understand what your options are and where they have the possibility to go in the future.

Mr Overson was very timely in his response to my questions and what he what services he was able to provide. He went out of his way to help me with the knowledge I needed to complete my probation. He is friendly and talks on my level of understanding and told me what he COULD do instead of what he can't help me with. He explained all the steps I needed to do in a helpful way. My Case has been very complicated and I have gone through multiple lawyers. I have been jerked through a lot of horrible advice and heartache. When I hired Mr. Overson i could tell right away he was special. It wasn't the same ol' start shooting from the hip lets take the other party down. It has always been best interest of the children involved and by the laws which have been put forth to protect them and to be fair with both parties. He has been outstanding on listening and trying to implement all my concerns and give me the best advice. We have had struggles with the other side sticking to the rules but through his hard work have managed to keep most everything on track. If you truly love your children and want the best fought for he is by far the best. If you want to have the honor of sitting next to the modern day Matlock Mr. Overson is who you need.

Very aggressive. Hired him for criminal and divorce cases and he was very thorough. Satisfied with results on both cases and prices were reasonable for services rendered. Friendly, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable.

EJ Overson defended our son in his capacity as a public defender. He acted as a paid attorney as well. He was thorough and professional at all times. He explained the charges and consequences to us (as we are out of state) and to our son. He helped resolve the case as best as possible. He has stayed in touch over the years, proving his true concern for our family's well being. I highly recommend him.

Although the end result wasn't exactly what I wanted. I'm very pleased I choose EJ as my attorney. He was very professional and maintained contact and updated me on my case constantly. He did what I asked, as it was the second lawyer I've ever had he regained my confidence in attorneys. If I ever need legal council again I wouldn't go to anyone else. He did a great job.

Edrick worked with me on my case. He was very straight forward, with no fluff....very honest and professional. I appreciated that he would explain things to me so I could completely understand them. He treated me with respect and care, yet let me know honest ins and outs about things that could likely happen. I felt like he spoke to me as a person and was very helpful.
