Jack Burns is phenomenal, and I can not recommend him enough!

Jack was referred to me by a close lawyer friend. He had represented my friend's cousin in a serious matter that ended with good results. Jack is very personable and easy to talk to. He is realistic and does not sugar coat things. In my legal matters, Jack produced great results. I definitely would use him again.

Jack Burns was absolutely amazing to work with from the very beginning! When I first contacted him he was actually out of town and he still reached out with in minutes to talk over my case. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Jack’s dedication and expertise in handling my case. I called Mr. Burns law office due to a situation for a family member. Not only was he empathetic to the situation I could tell instantly he was a man of his word! Attorney Jack Burns jumped right on the case to get the best possible outcome! Although he never made any promises and was upfront and honest from the beginning, after speaking with him I just knew he was the best man for the job! He communicated throughout and remained very understanding even though I called him and his office like my family member was the only one on his caseload. He was never rude or annoyed by it. I have to be honest and say that although I know nothing about Utah, I was nervous because the population of black people in Utah is less than 2% and after the other attorney attempted to talk my family member into taking anything to get out I thought this could be how all the attorneys were. Just another young black male caught up in the system. But without even knowing it, with each conversation and step that he took Jack Burns gave me a light to look forward to at the end of the tunnel! This has been a rough 6 weeks ( for some that may not be a lot) but for a person that isn’t used to living that type of life it seemed like ages and for me being on the outside it was not just business as usual. Especially considering way on the other side ( in the south). But Jack Burns not only gave hope he delivered because today, my family member was released and his on his way back home!! ( over 1,500 miles away). And to add even more greatness, this man went above and beyond to help make sure he was able to get back home with the resources I provided. He is truly one of a kind!
