My son was hit by a truck while riding his bike. While it seemed like a no brainer that the driver and his insurance company should cover the costs of medical bills, unfortunately, the law isn't always a "no brainer". It can be so difficult to navigate the world of law and insurance companies and deal with recovering from serious injuries, but Chris Robinson and his staff helped make that easier for us. I don't know what I would have done without their help. They did not give up until we got a settlement to pay the medical bills. They helped us so much!

Our agent Shaunie Hill was outstanding the first time we went with Pinnacle Title so when we needed a title company again for our refi it was basically a no brainer! Shaunie was excited to help us out again, was just as amazing the first go around, she's really on top of her game! We did run into a hiccup, I was seriously waiting for a hiccup knowing nothing can go normal being in the pandemic, where Shaunie had to quarantine on the day of our signing. She had called us the night before to prepare us, but everything still went so smooth! Shaunie and Dave Stephenson worked so well as a team to still be able to get our closing and signing done on our original day! Even though Shaunie wasn't there, she still was able to get the job done flawlessly and made sure we were a huge priority for the day!
