Amazing service

i hate to leave such a review when this place was recommended by family - but i was in a very small accident (caused by someone else) and it took them 2 years to come to any conclusion. not only that but their communication SUCKED up until 3-4 months before my case was resolved. for the majority of the 2 years i was left in the dark about what was going on. no updates, no communication, nothing. they definitely did better when we got towards the end of my case, so i’m thinking maybe staff changed. what was most upsetting was that after 2 years of waiting i was contacted and told that they’re struggling to negotiate and i may end up with NOTHING in my pocket AND have to cover medical costs. that was ridiculous to me. in the end i didn’t get nearly as much as i was originally told i would get. not worth the headache honestly. their communication sucked.

Only wonderful people work at this place. They are professional, attentive, compassionate! Anna, Misty, Leslie, and Jarod are amazing.
